The Men’s Group meets every two weeks (except for holiday periods) in the Parish Centre from 7.30am to about 8.45 am. The start is informal, with a brief chat over tea or coffee, and then we usually break up into two groups to study the Bible and grapple with our faith in a safe environment.
We enjoy several breakfasts during the year, where a full English breakfast is enjoyed and to which friends are invited. A speaker (either an invited guest or one of our own members) shares a testimony about his Christian journey. These breakfasts have been well attended, although we need more members on a fortnightly basis.
All men are warmly invited to join us. Dates are published in Contact. We believe men have a vital role to play in proclaiming Christ, and this is an opportunity to learn, share, and pray together.
